Vibrations to relax the limbs and soften the muscles,

General massage movements to warm, soften, soothe or drain waste from the tissues,

Some hot stone therapy work to ease muscular tension or cold stone therapy work to soothe away excess heat & puffiness.

Indian Head Massage and/or facial work to relieve headaches & stress, to give a sense of rejuvenation.

Pregnancy Massage

Specifically designed to support you with physical and emotional wellbeing during the second and third trimester of pregnancy. May help with some or all of the following:

aches & pains;

nausea;

difficulty sleeping,

anxiety

sluggish circulation

Various positions and supports can be used to ensure you are always comfortable and relaxed.

Aromatherapy

Aromatic extracts and essential oils are selected to support your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.  Within massage they can enhance the effect of your treatment, while within compresses and inhalations they may relieve specific symptoms such as headaches and hot flushes.

An aromatherapy treatment can be a powerful way to lift your spirits or settle you back into a more grounded state of being. It may be particularly appropriate if you are experiencing:
