Indian Head Massage
Developed from an ancient practice, this type of massage is closely connected with the Ayurvedic system of healthy living and traditional Indian family customs. Its contemporary form here in the UK is a wonderfully adaptable treatment that can be performed seated or lying down, with or without oil, and with either a soothing or invigorating effect as suits the recipient. Massage of the scalp, face, neck & shoulders is generally included. This treatment is particularly beneficial if you have been experiencing stress-related headaches, migraines, disrupted sleep or strain on your emotional wellbeing. It is perfect on its own or as a complement to a deep tissue back massage, holistic facial or foot ritual.

Hot & Cold Stone Massage
Using the geothermal power of heated basalt rocks to work deeply into soft tissue, this deliciously relaxing treatment enables tired, sore and stiff muscles to relax without incurring the typical discomfort of a typical deep tissue or sports massage. Cold marble stones and jade are used for cooling and soothing effect, with particular benefit during times of hormonal or emotional stress, or when everyday aches, pains & inflammation enjoy a little bit of cold to ease them down.
